From body movement classes, metcons, Zuu and lifting - we have group classes for everyone to help you achieve your fitness goals.




Lift is our Barbell and Metcon class. This is 60-minute class that focuses on functional barbell work such as Deadlifts, Squats, Presses (Such and Bench and Overhead press) as well as your Olympic Lifting such as Snatch and Clean and Jerks (Along with all the variations such as Hang cleans…) Twice a year we test our lifting to ensure we are all tracking right and also to help direct the next phase of training. After the main strength piece, we will then get stuck into a good juicy Metcon (fitness/aerobic/anaerobic) session which caps off the session nicely. And as always there is a good hearty Hi 5 at the end of the class.




Metcon is our 45 minute straight fitness style class which uses as many elements as possible to get you primed and ready to attack the workout.  Using protocols such as EMOMS (Every Minute on the Minute) and AMRAPS (As many rounds/reps as possible) we will always ensure you are suitably sweaty, puffing hard, and leave with a smile on your face.




ZUU is a bodyweight functional class that uses bodyweight movements to help strengthen your body as well as help you get as fit as possible. But we add in some extra spice by doing functional bodybuilding movements to help deliver a double dose training to you.

battle tested



Battle Tested is our competition arm of the gym and is where we practice and train for the sport of fitness. Using every facet we are likely to encounter in the sport, we train every Saturday at 0700, as well as do extra programming in our own time during the week. Whether you are a newbie who is looking to learn and have a go, to a seasoned pro, this class/program will ensure you have every tool available to help achieve your success.
