What are your favourite experiences at 808?
I love the community feel, being pushed further by the whole group not just the trainer, once you have been there a few weeks it feels like you are part of a bigger family.
What did you do before hand?
I used to go to the gym on my own and I knew I was half arsing my workouts. I did not push myself even half way of what I do in classes.
What makes 808 different from what you have done?
Done for you I would say – In the fact the trainers come up with unique and challenging routines that keep you interested, changing the parts of your body you are working out and that keeps me interested.
What would you say to someone who was looking at 808
I used to think classes were not for me, that I ‘preferred to do things in my own time’ I was wrong. Give 1 class a go and you will see what I mean.
Some achievements you have done as a result of 808, or goals you are looking at?
Part of 808 & working with Abe as a PT also I have dropped nearly 5% body fat which is crazy. Looking forward to dropping another 5% over the coming months!

Just do it. You can find 1000 excuses to not but how about you stop listening to the old you and start becoming the new you. Once the routine is built in the first few weeks – your success will be like clockwork.
