It gives me the ability to test myself on a daily basis and to see how far I can push my body. You only get one body and one shot at it.

How you like to train:

I love mixing up my training and trying new things; some of my favourites are HIIT, TRX, Kettlebells, ZUU, Strength training and walking.

Type of training you specialise in:

My speciality would have to be weight training for women, I love seeing ladies getting strong and seeing their confidence grow. I love running circuits, with weighted or bodyweight exercises and of course kettlebells.
